- Hypertext marks in LATEX: a manual for hyperref
- For the purpose of incorporating Open URL into the TeX-Document, authors make use of the hyperref package. Hyperref allows for creating hyperlink references to URLs that work from pdf, xml and xhtml files. - Miktex
