As soon as your article is accepted for publication, incorporate the comments from the reviews and adapt the article to the JVRB LaTeX-template. You find the appropriate files here: www.jvrb.org/submission/tex-template/

Send a PDF-version along with the LaTeX source files to jvrb.submission@hs-duesseldorf.de within the following six weeks after the decision has come to your attention at the latest.

The template contains some information that is not determined at that point of time yet: like the URN or the article number. Leave this information blank. The article will be finally edited before the release and we will fill the gaps.

The source files are necessary to convert the article to our long term archiving format docbook-xml from which the HTML output for publication is created.

Just before the final release on our website, you will receive an e-mail concerning the final approval for the article. The approval is managed via our publication platform. You will receive the appropriate login information by e-mail.
