Reviewer's Section

The reviewers section explains in detail the review criteria and the review process. It is mainly designed for the referees.

The chief task of the reviewers is to carry out the review process. All reviewers can be considered experts in the field of Virtual Reality and Broadcasting who may or may not be further specialized in a certain area of study. Reviewers are invited to rate submitted articles according to a selected set of criteria and to provide them with an overall rating. All reviewers work independently. They do not communicate with each other so as to discuss their individual results. Furthermore they are unknown to the authors of submitted articles. The reviewers present a decisive instance in the process of quality insurance.
