About the Workshop
Topics include: Basics, methods and tools; Virtual Prototyping, Digital Mock-Up, Digital Factory; Integration of AR/VR in product- and production systems development. To accelerate product- and production development and to enhance to quality of design are the main goals today. Augmented and virtual reality AR/VR open new perspectives in this context: Virtual reality is an established tool for presentation and analysis that improves communication during development processes and helps to avoid mistakes. Augmented reality is on the way to be established. First prototypical application like the augmented prototyping of cars show the great potential of this technology. (Further information in German)
