The University of Southern California, EPFL and Rutgers University announce the Fourth International Workshop on Virtual Rehabilitation, September 19-21, 2005. Topics include: Musculo-skeletal virtual rehabilitation, Use of VR for post-stroke cognitive and motor rehabilitation, VR and assessment/rehabilitation with TBI patients having cognitive deficits, Telerehabilitation and Haptics, VR applications for Autism, ADHD and Developmental Disabilities, Novel VR techniques in rehabilitation and Bio-feedback devices, VR Exposure Therapy for Anxiety Disorders, VR for Pain Distraction, VR Cue Exposure methods for treating addictive behaviors, Virtual Human coaching for rehabilitation, Integration of VR with psychophysiological and brain imaging studies, Virtual Reality treatment of PTSD, Sociological, demographic and legal aspects of Virtual Rehabilitation, Regulatory, education and formative efforts to promote Virtual Rehabilitation.
