Topics

Authors are invited to submit articles which meet one or more topics mentioned in the scope section, including Virtual Reality, Broadcasting, Computer Graphics or Human Factors.

Types of Articles

Research articles, Industrial Case Studies and Experts' Voices are welcome. Research articles are to present research results in the field of Virtual Reality and Broadcasting. Research articles may be quoted and referred to in other articles. Industrial case studies shall present the practical application of new techniques and developments, and demonstrate how theory may be put into practice. Experts' voices are to represent opinions of specialists in a particular field of research. Their content may however be non-objective. Structure your article thoroughly to facilitate the reading process. Use a standard A4-format with 11pt font-size.

Licence

Articles published in the Journal of Virtual Reality and Broadcasting are subject to the Digital Peer Publishing Licence, which itself is based on the Open Access Licence. If, upon electronic publication, you wish to publish a printed version, do make sure not to violate any of the conditions of the licence.

Article Submission

If you wish to submit an article to the Journal of Virtual Reality and Broadcasting, please send an e-mail to . Use a common open file format like tex, pdf, rtf, or xml. If your article contains special matter, like graphics or other material which is not embedded in the main body text, you need to create an archive containing all relevant data. Use a common format like zip, rar or tar-gz.

In the Manuscript Preparation section of this page you will find formatting guidelines, including information concerning the use of structuring elements and reference styles. jvrb offers a template document in tex-format containing several examples. Authors who do not use tex may find the pdf-template file useful. The template demonstrates the use of all required text structures and formats, and serves as a model upon which to re-build such formats with any software preferred.

Authors will receive e-mails of notification concerning the status of the review process.
